Using the zip or rar file
1.Download E48STI.dll
2.Extract E48STI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract E48STI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting E48STI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract E48STI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place E48STI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 E48STI.dll and press Enter.
