Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LB03B.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
