Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0
2.Extract EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LUZ00.DLL 6.1.7018.0 and press Enter.
