Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0
2.Extract EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LVPZA.DLL 6.1.6914.0 and press Enter.
