Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0
2.Extract EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LVR1B.DLL 6.1.6914.0 and press Enter.
