Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0
2.Extract EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LVR1Q.DLL 6.1.6914.0 and press Enter.
