Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0
2.Extract EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0LVRA5.DLL 6.1.6914.0 and press Enter.
