Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0NRE9C.DLL 6.1.6904.0
2.Extract EP0NRE9C.DLL 6.1.6904.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0NRE9C.DLL 6.1.6904.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0NRE9C.DLL 6.1.6904.0.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0NRE9C.DLL 6.1.6904.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
