Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP0NRE9Z.DLL
2.Extract EP0NRE9Z.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP0NRE9Z.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP0NRE9Z.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP0NRE9Z.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP0NRE9Z.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP0NRE9Z.DLL and press Enter.
