Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EP7UIP03.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
