Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ESCommon.dll
2.Extract ESCommon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ESCommon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ESCommon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ESCommon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ESCommon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ESCommon.dll and press Enter.
