Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ETSBAxp.dll
2.Extract ETSBAxp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ETSBAxp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ETSBAxp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ETSBAxp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ETSBAxp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ETSBAxp.dll and press Enter.
