Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll
2.Extract EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EXC040DataSet.Designer.cs.dll and press Enter.
