Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ExcelFileFilter.dll
2.Extract ExcelFileFilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ExcelFileFilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ExcelFileFilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ExcelFileFilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ExcelFileFilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ExcelFileFilter.dll and press Enter.
