Using the zip or rar file
1.Download e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1
2.Extract e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 e2kdsn.dll 6.5.7638.1 and press Enter.
