Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0
2.Extract eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eaxac3.dll 1.1.3.0 and press Enter.
