Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ebpchp.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
