Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21
2.Extract ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ecbteg.dll 2, 0, 0, 21 and press Enter.
