Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920
2.Extract ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ecemsg.dll 7.0.0.920 and press Enter.
