Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ep2bres(1).dll
2.Extract ep2bres(1).dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ep2bres(1).dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ep2bres(1).dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ep2bres(1).dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ep2bres(1).dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ep2bres(1).dll and press Enter.
