Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0
2.Extract epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epfunctl.dll 2.0.60.0 and press Enter.
