Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1
2.Extract epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epiclr20.dll 1.1.4.1 and press Enter.
