Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1
2.Extract epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epicmy20.dll 1.1.3.1 and press Enter.
