Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31
2.Extract epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epigue4r.dll 1.0.0.31 and press Enter.
