Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0
2.Extract epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epij4s3r.dll 1.0.2.0 and press Enter.
