Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1
2.Extract epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epispl20.dll 2.0.0.1 and press Enter.
