Using the zip or rar file
1.Download episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1
2.Extract episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 episra4r.dll 1.0.4.1 and press Enter.
