Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1
2.Extract epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epiumw4r.dll 1.0.3.1 and press Enter.
