Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eputill.dll 2.0.60.0
2.Extract eputill.dll 2.0.60.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract eputill.dll 2.0.60.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eputill.dll 2.0.60.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eputill.dll 2.0.60.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eputill.dll 2.0.60.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eputill.dll 2.0.60.0 and press Enter.
