Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eputix24.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
