Using the zip or rar file
1.Download esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1
2.Extract esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place esebcli2.dll 6.5.7638.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
