Using the zip or rar file
1.Download etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23
2.Extract etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23 from .zip. We recommend that you extract etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 etvmp4RealImporter.dll 1.0.0.23 and press Enter.
