Using the zip or rar file
1.Download etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23
2.Extract etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23 from .zip. We recommend that you extract etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 etvmp4RealRenderer.dll 1.0.0.23 and press Enter.
