Using the zip or rar file
1.Download exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69
2.Extract exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69 from .zip. We recommend that you extract exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 exchangecheck.dll 5.0.0.69 and press Enter.
