Using the zip or rar file
1.Download exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200
2.Extract exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200 from .zip. We recommend that you extract exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 exchnguires.dll 11.0.901.200 and press Enter.
