Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ECGFilter.dll
2.Extract ECGFilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ECGFilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ECGFilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ECGFilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ECGFilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ECGFilter.dll and press Enter.
