Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EPenMsgInterceder.dll
2.Extract EPenMsgInterceder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EPenMsgInterceder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EPenMsgInterceder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EPenMsgInterceder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EPenMsgInterceder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EPenMsgInterceder.dll and press Enter.
