Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ERBase.dll
2.Extract ERBase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ERBase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ERBase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ERBase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ERBase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ERBase.dll and press Enter.
