Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Easytech.dll
2.Extract Easytech.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Easytech.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Easytech.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Easytech.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Easytech.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Easytech.dll and press Enter.
