Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll
2.Extract ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ExcelHtmlTemplateOuter.dll and press Enter.
