Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eXBFQnpjlQ.dll
2.Extract eXBFQnpjlQ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eXBFQnpjlQ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eXBFQnpjlQ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eXBFQnpjlQ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eXBFQnpjlQ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eXBFQnpjlQ.dll and press Enter.
