Using the zip or rar file
1.Download efd46b0.dll
2.Extract efd46b0.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract efd46b0.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting efd46b0.dll.

5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
