Using the zip or rar file
1.Download englishhw.dll
2.Extract englishhw.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract englishhw.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting englishhw.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract englishhw.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place englishhw.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 englishhw.dll and press Enter.
