Using the zip or rar file
1.Download erunh32S.dll
2.Extract erunh32S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract erunh32S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting erunh32S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract erunh32S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place erunh32S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 erunh32S.dll and press Enter.
