Using the zip or rar file
1.Download es4dip.dll
2.Extract es4dip.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract es4dip.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting es4dip.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract es4dip.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place es4dip.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 es4dip.dll and press Enter.
