Using the zip or rar file
1.Download esdr3b7s.dll
2.Extract esdr3b7s.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract esdr3b7s.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting esdr3b7s.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract esdr3b7s.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place esdr3b7s.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 esdr3b7s.dll and press Enter.
