Using the zip or rar file
1.Download E9C3E9.dll
2.Extract E9C3E9.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract E9C3E9.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting E9C3E9.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract E9C3E9.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place E9C3E9.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 E9C3E9.dll and press Enter.
