Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ECHEADER.dll
2.Extract ECHEADER.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ECHEADER.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ECHEADER.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ECHEADER.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ECHEADER.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ECHEADER.dll and press Enter.
