Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EloIntf.dll
2.Extract EloIntf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EloIntf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EloIntf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EloIntf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EloIntf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EloIntf.dll and press Enter.
