Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll
2.Extract EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EzdMP4MuxFilter.dll and press Enter.
